Paris Villas began in 2021 with one house and a simple belief: the best Caribbean holidays are the personal ones. Brothers Paris and Chaim Roserie grew up in Saint Lucia. They built the company to give travellers something big resorts can't: a private home on the island, with a local team looking after every detail.
Today we manage a hand-picked collection of luxury villa rentals in the north of Saint Lucia. There's a 5-bedroom private villa in Cap Estate that expands to 8 bedrooms for larger groups, and a set of boutique suites in Rodney Bay, a short walk from Reduit Beach, the marina, restaurants and nightlife.
Guests come back for the villas. Mostly, though, they come back for the way we look after them. That's the part we care about most.

Our team lives in Gros Islet and knows the island. We meet you at check-in and arrange airport transfers, rental cars, island tours, and helicopter or ferry transfers. We're there when you need us and out of sight when you don't.

Honeymoon, family reunion, group getaway or a long weekend in Rodney Bay: every stay is planned around the people coming. No two stays with us are the same.
