Our property manager meets every guest in person and hands over the gate and house keys. There is no lockbox and no self check-in.

Hewanorra International Airport (UVF) is about 1 to 1.5 hours away by car. We can arrange taxi, helicopter, ferry and rental car transfers. George F. L. Charles Airport (SLU) in Castries is about 20 minutes from Rodney Bay.

Yes. High season runs from 1 December to 11 April and has its own nightly rate; every other night is the standard rate. Both rates are shown on each villa page, and a stay that crosses 11/12 April is charged night by night. The rates are the same here as on VikBooking, Airbnb, Expedia and Vrbo (Airbnb adds its own cleaning fee).

All prices are in US dollars and your card is charged in US dollars. The currency switcher on the site shows a guide price in EC dollars or euros.

Choose your villa and dates on the Book page and pay securely by card through Stripe. Your reservation code arrives by email straight away and we confirm the details within 24 hours.

Strict, for every villa and suite: a full refund if you cancel within 48 hours of booking and at least 14 days before check-in; 50% if you cancel at least 7 days before check-in; no refund after that. The full wording is on our Policies page and in your booking confirmation.

Yes. Open any experience, add it to your stay and enter your reservation code at checkout. We link it to your booking and arrange everything before you arrive.

5BD Cap Estate Paris Villas has its own 40ft private pool. The Rodney Bay villas and suites share a 40ft custom-lit saltwater pool, turf lounge and gym with other Paris Villas guests.

Yes. It sleeps 10 in 5 suites (4 king, 1 queen) as standard. On the booking page you can add 3 more bedrooms (8 in total, sleeps up to 16) for US$450 per night.

Yes, free parking at every villa and suite. At Cap Estate a car is recommended; the Rodney Bay villas have gated private parking.

No smoking inside. Please use the balcony.

No pets and no parties. Cap Estate hosts events only with prior approval; see our Events page.

Smoke and carbon monoxide alarms are installed. There is an exterior security camera at the entrance and parking area.
